The office building with dimensions in the ground plan of approx. 70 x 22 m and a height of approx. 25 m consists of a ground floor, 6 upper floors and 2 basement floors with a mixed use of archive-, storage, technical rooms and a two-storey car park. In the north façade, the upper floors protrude 6 m above the ground floor. To limit the deformations, the cantilevered ceiling section was designed as a hollow body ceiling (bubble deck) with pre-stressed ribs. The building stability is ensured by two centrally arranged, compact core zones, which are completely clamped in the rigid basement floors.
