The old cinema with its large audience balcony will be converted into a restaurant on the first floor and the largest possible room in the basement. To do this, the balcony must be demolished and a new ceiling installed. Additional window openings in the exterior walls will provide light. For the restaurant, three galleries on different levels will be created on the first floor by means of steel construction and accessed by a new elevator.
