The architectural office Diener & Diener has commissioned Gruner AG with the construction management of the new sales pavilion of the car dealership Niki Hasler AG. Here, the Ferrari brand vehicles are presented according to the manufacturer's corporate standards. The three-story new building made of light, glazed fair-faced concrete looks like a gate building for the entire complex. The only opening to the street is the showroom window on the first floor. On the roof of the building, a full-scale terrace is available as an event area for customer events. For this purpose, the new building will have two basement floors, which will be used as car storage and partly as customer parking spaces. A revolving car lift, which is architecturally set as a joint between the existing building and the new building, connects all six floors and is accessible from inside and outside.
