Gruner expands into Italy with the opening of Gruner Italia Srl in Milan
In line with the strategic direction of our Energy Business Area and our ambition to develop in Europe, Gruner is proud to announce the opening of our first office in Italy, located in Milan. This new office marks a significant milestone in Gruner's continued expansion and commitment to supporting international energy and infrastructure projects.

The new Milan office will serve as a hub for managing and supporting the provision of technical expertise for international energy and infrastructure projects, beside the Italian ones. By positioning ourselves in Milan, we aim to tap into Italy's robust engineering and construction market, foster new collaborations, get closer to our Italian Clients and drive innovation in the energy sector.

Leadership and Management
The Italian business will be developed and managed under the leadership of Sergio Camilletti, member of the Gruner Executive Board and Executive Officer of the Energy domain, and Alberto Arigoni, an experienced professional and manager, who will continue to lead the Underground Space department in Gruner’s Hydropower & Dams business unit. Under their leadership, we are confident that Gruner Italia Srl will thrive and develop, contributing significantly to our overall mission.
Building a Strong Team
A new team of dedicated and experienced engineers and technicians has already joined Gruner Italia Srl, bringing their expertise and enthusiasm to the service of our clients. In addition, an organic growth plan has been put in place, to expand our team over the coming weeks and months, reinforcing our commitment to developing our team and capabilities in Italy. We are actively recruiting further talent to join our team, looking for individuals who are passionate about engineering and eager to contribute to our ambitious projects in Italy and around the world.
