Stücki Business Park
From shopping center to living city: 10,000 square meters of diversity.
The Stücki, originally designed as a shopping center near the Basel harbor, has been successively converted into something like "a small city" in recent years. Of the 34,000 square meters, about 10,000 square meters are still shopping stores today - the remaining space has been converted into medical practices, laboratories and offices, bowling, a fitness studio, food outlets and a multiplex cinema. The cinema comprises 18 state-of-the-art movie theaters with a total of 2,400 seats on an area of around 14,000 square meters. Gruner supported the complex conversion work with fire safety services.
