Stage 1 of the SRF Leutschenbach site development includes the realization of a technology center, the construction of a new underground parking garage with four basement levels and an adjacent technology center, as well as the construction of a media channel to provide access to the entire site. The new technical center will include a computer center, television studios, control rooms and several floors of production and office space.
The underground technical center at the southern end of the underground parking garage contains a large part of the technical components for implementing the new energy supply concept for the entire site.

Construction schedule for stage 1:

Part 1 - media duct, realization by November 2015

Part 2 - Underground car park / south control center, implementation by Aug. 2018

Part 3 - Technology Center (TC), realization by Oct. 2018
