Skate Hall, Stuttgart

Stuttgarter Jugendhaus gGmbH is planning the construction of a new skate hall with an adjoining social space in Stuttgart.

The new building is being built as a ground-floor skate hall with an accompanying two-story entrance building with a visitor balcony. Within the building, horizontal access is provided by a required staircase as well as an elevator. The elevator primarily serves as access to the accessible toilet for persons with reduced mobility. The entire building structure is being created as a steel structure. The social space and the hall are divided by a partition wall.

Gruner GmbH, Stuttgart is responsible for fire safety consulting during the planning as well as the creation of a fire safety concept.
