The 24-story high-rise building at Turbinenstrasse 20 is located in the Zurich West urban development area and was completed in 2011. The investment property comprises the 5-star Renaissance Zürich Tower Hotel with 300 rooms (including 48 suites), restaurant operations and lobby, mee-ting rooms and a fitness area. The hotel extends from the first floor to the 14th floor.

The 81 m high building also houses 53 condominiums with different floor plans on the 9 floors above.
The two basement floors house the technical and logistics areas, as well as an underground car park, which is connected to the neighboring buildings.

The fire control system in the Mobimo Tower comprises 98 trigger zones (automatic fire detectors, alarm valves of the sprinkler system, flow monitors of the sprinkler system, manual fire detectors).
