District heating and district cooling

On behalf of Regionalwerke AG Baden, Gruner has been commissioned since 2021 with the planning and construction management of various expansion stages of the distance heating and cooling network.

Main works:

• planning pipeline construction and civil engineering works
• house connections
• groundwater pipelines incl. wells for central
• demolition applications and coordination with city
• staging and traffic routing
• tenders (public and invitation procedure)
• detailed design, detailed planning of pipeline construction
• local construction management for civil engineering, specialist construction management for pipeline construction

In the course of the district heating/district cooling projects, further utility work will be carried out (replacement of water pipes, expansion of the electricity network, etc.) and various streets will be completely redeveloped.
