Coop – Stauffachertor, Zürich

The Stauffacher Gate is a popular shopping location. Coop realized a medium-sized sales location and enlarged the store area and the offer of the previous store.

The entrance area between the town houses with listed facades was restaged.

Throughout the building, the appropriate structural measures were implemented to meet current safety requirements regarding fire protection.

The multi-storey parking facility in the basement was renovated.

A challenge was the reconstruction in the existing building under partly running operation.
