Fire Safety Concept
The new construction of a shopping center with a total use area of approx. 7,000 sqm in Bietigheim-Bissingen is being realized for the retail tenants HIT, HEM Expert and the drugstore dm.
The shopping center is being equipped with a comprehensive automatic fire extinguishing system and being constructed as a two-story building. Both stories are openly connected by a moving walkway.
The services provided by Gruner GmbH, Stuttgart included the fire safety concept, quality assurance, escape and rescue plans and the firefighting plan.
