Neighborhood Design Plans Tourism Resort Andermatt (UR)

(1) Elaboration of six district design plans and their updating due to the realization of buildings for the planning of the more than 150 ha large vacation resort in Andermatt of the Egyptian investor Samih Sawiris. Overall coordination of all parties involved and implementation of conformity checks for all building applications.

(2) Area development proposals including traffic development on the basis of international competition entries. Legal determination of the winning projects with six district design plans as well as spatial planning weighing of interests, in particular with regard to the topics of townscape / landscape protection. Accompaniment of the planning law procedure.
