New multi-family house Hasenrain

A five-storey terraced apartment building with 7 apartments was built below the Hasenrainstrasse in Binningen. In addition to cellar and technical rooms, the 3rd basement level houses a parking garage, which is accessed via a car lift with access on the first floor.

The façades are a double-skin exposed concrete construction with striking vertical board formwork type 3-15, BOK S. The thermal separations and dilatation joints in the recessed façades and parapets on each storey are special. The stairs were also constructed in exposed concrete on site, with roughly rubbed treads. Sound-absorbing landing bearings form the supports for the stair flights, which are the flights of stairs. Due to the skewed floor plans, formwork and reinforcement had to be formwork and reinforcement connections for the exposed concrete components. Auxiliary constructions were required.
