Minor change to UeO Ziegelgut, Burgdorf (BE)

The existing infrastructures are unsatisfactory for the increasing number of employees. Since the 2013 UeO Ziegelgut does not allow heated rooms, the overall ecological concept and the regulations in the areas of energy, noise and type of use had to be adapted.
