Adaptation of building regulations ZOEN retirement home

Implementation of the intended expansion of the retirement home in terms of building and planning law. For this purpose, it is necessary to adapt the ZPP regulations in the building regulations with regard to the maximum permissible building height. Likewise, the maximum permissible building length will be adjusted as well as the abolition of the green area figure.
