The Kariba Dam Rehabilitation Project has reached a significant milestone with the commissioning of the plunge pool, a vital component in enhancing the dam's safety and resilience. The Zambezi River Authority hosted a ceremony to mark this occasion, emphasizing the importance of this project to both Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Gruner, alongside our esteemed partners at KGAL, has been deeply involved in this complex engineering project. Our team's expertise has been crucial in navigating the challenges of rehabilitating such an essential piece of infrastructure. The plunge pool, designed to manage the immense hydraulic forces generated by the dam's spillway, is a key element in ensuring the structure's long-term stability.

We extend our sincere thanks to all Gruner team members, past and present, whose hard work and commitment have made this achievement possible. Your efforts have been instrumental in advancing the safety and operational efficiency of the Kariba Dam.
